A managed service

ActiveStandards™ is a hosted web application, so there's no hardware or software to buy, deploy, manage and update.

You access the service from any web browser and we do the rest.

Getting you started

Before using ActiveStandards™ we'll help you to set up your comprehensive set of checkpoints that reflect your specific brand policies as well as best practice standards (usability, accessibility, etc).

To do this, we translate your existing brand and web guidelines documentation into the digital checkpoints that drive the system.

If you're not sure that your existing guidelines and policies are as effective as they can be, ActiveStandards™ Consulting, can help you develop new policies based on industry best practice and our extensive experience. 
Your ActiveStandards™ support team will also set up any custom reports that you would like – slicing your data into any view that helps you make better decisions.

Training your users

Designed for non-technical users, ActiveStandards™ is incredibly easy to use.  For most users, training takes about 30 minutes.

Our trainers will get your team up to speed with on-site training as well as web-based training for your local web editors all over the world.
